From August 27 to 29, three quality engineers from German Daimler- world's top automobile manufacturer did a strict process audit of VDA6.3 in our company. They praised our company for tidy and clean plants, production sites, well-regulated logistics, solid and effective quality system, lean Six Sigma project and management model of specific and credible site records. We got 91.3 points finally, which indicates that our company has been approved by Daimler only once and our score reached A-level supplier.
VDA6.3 certification is quality certification standard set by German VDA with French and Italian Association of the Automotive Industry together. Any auto parts companies in the world who wants to enter the German Automotive OEM supply system, must meet and pass VDA6.3 certification. At present, there are seldom suppliers in China passing this audit once. Our company not only pass audit once and our score reaches A-level supplier, which indicates that our quality management level can meet world's top automobile manufacturers requirements.
